The Pullman is a bespoke 16 story luxury high-rise in Denver’s Union Station district. Construction started in October of 2018. Project Completion: August of 2020. When the Pullman sold in the winter of 2020 it reset the high-bar for real estate values for Multifamily Assets in the Denver market.

Units: 168 units

Size: 200ksf of rentable space, retail on ground level, best in class amenities and associated parking.

Roles: Lead developer on the project performing project management and execution roles.
