The Bower is a luxury rental community in the Southdale district of Edina, MN. The project was capitalized in 2019 with land closing in early to mid 2020. The project completed in early 2022.

Units: 180 Units, with best-in class amenities and associated parking.

Roles: Lead developer. Roles included project management and execution.
