Project Description:
The Oliver is a market-rate multifamily community located in the Sawyer yards Arts District of Houston, Tx. The project was conceived to showcase and celebrate the local surrounding arts community. All art located within the building was sourced and selected by Capital Arts from local artists, many with studios, less than three blocks away.

Units: 211

Roles: Lead developer for the project. Roles include site selection, thesis creation, market analysis, contract negotiation, capitalization, project management and execution.
