Project Description:
207 Unit, Luxury Multifamily residential community in the West End District of St. Louis Park, MN. The project site was purchased in fall of 2020 with fully entitled drawings. Construction began in the winter of 2021 with final delivery in fall of 2023.

Roles:
Lead Developer for the project. Responsibilities included:
Site selection, Contract negotiation, Underwriting, Design Management, Construction Oversite, Project execution, completion, marketing, lease up and re-cap.
