Project Description:
220 Units of luxury single-family rental townhomes n the Maple Grove, MN. Summerwell Maple Grove is Greystar’s first purpose built Single Family rental community. The project site was identified in the fall of 2021. Construction began in the fall of 2022 with final delivery in fall of 2024.

Roles:
Lead Developer for the project. Responsibilities included:
Market Analysis, Site selection, Contract negotiation, Underwriting, Design Management, Construction Oversite, Project execution, Completion (turn-over), Marketing, and Lease-up.
